Where do you ship your products?

We currently offer shipping across Canada. Please note that due to provincial regulations, shipping availability for specific alcoholic products may vary by province.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

What is your return policy for food and beverage items?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food or wine. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. For all orders containing alcohol, a person of legal drinking age (19+ in Ontario) must be present to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and sign for the package.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

We are committed to environmental stewardship. Many of our products are certified sustainable, utilizing eco-friendly farming practices and minimal intervention during production.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a custom gift message which will be printed on a card and included in your shipment.
